The Herconomy Awards and Gala Night aim to equip women with the necessary skills needed for entrepreneurship, empowerment, and work/life balance, and also honor and celebrate women making impact in their fields.
The Gala Night features women from all walks of life celebrating themselves and also honors women breaking barriers in their industry.

In attendance were industry leaders such as Owen Omogiafo, Funke Bucknor, KieKie, Tosin Olaseinde and over 400 attendees. The event also witnessed the awarding of the the Best dressed, other categories of award from Women of the Year Education, Women of the Year Finance and other categories. The Emerald Grant, which is a grant given to survivors of Domestic violence was awarded to 3 survivors which was sponsored by Mouka and Lagos State Domestic Violence team
